I study Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science at Harvard University, and I’m interested in applying machine learning and data science to improve health and medicine on a global scale. Currently, I’m working on a thesis developing machine learning methods to predict how mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein affect antibody binding affinity, with the goal of understanding how viral fitness landscapes can inform antibody design.
